A RESOLUTION accepting a report of the Finance Department and authorizing
the write-off of certain uncollectable accounts receivable by the
utility funds of the City of Yakima.
WHEREAS, attached is a report of write-offs recommending action to be
taken by the Yakima City Council in connection with accounts of the Customer
Services Division of the City, and the past due but uncollectable accounts
receivable by the utility funds of the City to be discharged by City Council action,
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YAKI LA•
The recommendation of a "Write -Off List" is hereby approved; and the past
due accounts receivable by the utility funds of the City are hereby recognized by the
City Council as uncollectable, and the Customer Services Manager of the City is
hereby authorized to write-off those debts accordingly.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 7th day of February ,1995.
