A RESOLUTION appointing James K. Adams as Hearing Examiner Pro Tem.
WHEREAS, the Joint City/County Hearing Examiner Committee has
considered and interviewed applicants for the position of Hearing Examiner Pro
Tem within the City/County urban area; and
WHEREAS, the Hearing Examiner Committee recommends the appointment
of James K. Adams as Hearing Examiner Pro Tem, and
WHEREAS, Yakima Municipal Code § 1.43.020 provides that the City Council
may appoint examiners pro tem to serve in the event of absence or inability to act
of the Examiner and Deputy Examiners, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
James K. Adams is hereby appointed as Hearing Examiner Pro Tem to serve
in the event of absence or inability to act of the Hearing Examiner or Deputy
Examiners.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this lothday of January , 1995.
