Approval of minutes from the August 16, 2022 City Council regular meeting and August 29, 2022 City Council special joint meeting with the Yakima School District B. Set date of September 20th, 2022 for a public hearing regarding a 2022 Justice Assistance Grant C. Set Date of September 20, 2022 to consider a Notice of Intent to Commence Annexation D. Set October 4, 2022 as the public hearing date to consider the Yakima Planning Commission's recommendation on one (1) Comprehensive Plan map amendment application E. Resolution authorizing a contract with Central Washington Asphalt for the Summitview Avenue Resurfacing Project 2566 F. Resolution authorizing an agreement with HLA Engineering and Land Surveying, Inc to provide Professional Construction Management, Observation and Administration Services for the Summitview Ave Project 2566 G. Resolution authorizing Task Order 2022-01 with HLA Engineering and Land Surveying, Inc. to provide Engineering Services for City of Yakima Project SC2560 - 2022 Citywide Wastewater CIPP Rehabilitation H. Resolution authorizing a contract with Apex Mechanical LLC for the Lions Pool Facility Air Handling & Dehumidification System Improvements Project 2600 I. Resolution authorizing two contracts with Pacific Northwest Theatre Associates for the Capitol Theatre Curtain Replacement Project 2569 J. Resolution authorizing an agreement with OIC of Washington for$102,591.00 of CDBG funding for youth programming and services at the Henry Beauchamp Community Center (HBCC) 7. Public Comment There w ll be 35 minutes allotted for public comment with two and a half (2 1/2) minutes per speaker in order to allow as much opportunity as possible for audience participation. Public hearing to consider: A) Resolution adopting the amended Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program for the period of 2023 through 2028, and to amend the Transportation Systems Plan 2040; and B) Resolution amending the Yakima Urban Area Comprehensive Plan Capital Facilities Element DEPARTMENT ITEMS 10. Millennium Plaza Restoration Update 11. Resolution declaring the property located at 501 South 12th Street, Yakima, Washington, to be surplus, and authorizing disposition of such parcel to Douglas H. Lemon upon mutually acceptable terms and conditions 12. Resolution awarding RFP 12233P to Douglas H. Lemon for Development of City-Owned Property located at 501 S 12th Street, Yakima, WA 13. Resolution authorizing a helicopter landing at a portion of property at 1007 River Road, as provided in Yakima Municipal Code 6.32.040 14. Ordinance amending YMC 5.96 Ambulance Services 15. Ordinance amending the 2022 Budget for the City of Yakima and making appropriations from unappropriated fund balances within various funds for expenditure during 2022 for various purposes (First Reading) CITY MANAGER UPDATE 16. Yakima River Basin Integrated Water Resource Management Plan August 2022 Quarterly Project Activity Update Any invocation that may be offered before the official start of the Council meeting shall be the voluntary offering of a private citizen, to and for the benefit of the Council. The views or beliefs expressed by the invocation speaker have not been previously reviewed or approved by the Council, and the Council does not endorse the religious beliefs or views of this, or any other speaker.
