MEMORANDUM
TO: The Honorable Mayor and Members of the City Council
FROM: Robert Harrison, City Manager
DATE: September 6, 2022
SUBJECT: Tentative schedule for study sessions and other Council interested options
Below is a list of the planned topics of study sessions for the balance of the year. As you can
see, we have a full work plan ahead of us for the balance of 2022, with some cases having the
budget meeting in the morning and having a study session in the evening. After reviewing the
list of topics, if you would like to push some of these items into January, we can do
that. Typically we don't have study sessions in December, and the Council meetings are the
first and second Tuesday. I'll be asking the Council on Tuesday evening if the planned sessions
are okay as scheduled or if you would like to delay.
I want to try and avoid moving items sooner on the schedule because we are managing when
the departments can complete the work assignments.
Thanks and I look forward to the conversation.
