SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
The City of Yakima Planning Commission has reviewed and made recommendations to the City
Council on one (1) application submitted as part of the 2022 Comprehensive Plan Amendment
process.A summary of the application is included in the attached docket. The complete record
for each application will be provided in advance of the October 4 public hearing date. The subject
site is generally described as following:
