WHEREAS, the City Council at its meeting of August 20, 1991, pursuant to RCW 35.13 125, passed Standard Motions A and B initiating a petition form of annexation for the South 40th Avenue/West Viola Annexation; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to repeal the initiation of the aforementioned annexation in order to commence a smaller annexation in approximately the same area, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA: The initiation of the South 40th Avenue/West Viola Annexation commenced by the City Council on August 20, 1991 is hereby repealed effective immediately.
