A RESOLUTION modifying the City of Yakima Transit System fare structure to
establish a fare of $ .25 on the Yakima Downtown
Trolley Service.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Yakima has determined that it is in
the best interest of the City of Yakima to establish a fare of $ .25 on the
Yakima Downtown Trolley Service, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
The City of Yakima Transit System fare structure shall be modified to
establish a fare of $ .25 for all persons utilizing the Yakima Downtown
Trolley Service, and the City Manager of the City of Yakima is hereby authorized
and directed to take all necessary steps to implement this system fare structure
modification, including but not limited to, the purchase and installation of fare
collection hardware.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 8th day of Ma , 1994.
