ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING
FEBRUARY 9, 1973
The City Council met in session at -12:00 noon, February 9, 1973, at the Cosmopolitan
Chinook Hotel, Yakima, Washington.
Councilmen present -at the meeting were.Mayor Bert Broad, Wray Brown, Howard C. Cole, Don
Schussler and Bill Whitaker. Edmondson and Lust absent. Also present were City Manager
Craig McMicken and City Clerk Jack Daniel.
City Manager McMicken briefed the Council on the Convention and Cultural Center Task Force
recommendations relative to site location. The Council discussed various financing options
for this project. .
The Council discussed the annual budget methods and procedures and how these might be •
improved for the budget year 1974.
No decisions were made by the City Council at this meeting.
. There being no further business to come before the Council, it was MOVED by Brown, seconde.
by Cole that we do now adjourn at the hour of 1:30 P.M.: carried, Broad, Brown, Cole,
Schussler and Whitaker voting aye by voice vote. Edmondson and Lust absent.
