A RESOLUTION approving the Chestnut Grove final replat submitted by Tim
Monahan, in the vicinity of North 50th Avenue between
Chestnut and Summitview Avenues, and authorizing the Mayor
to sign the final replat.
WHEREAS, on September 8, 1992, the City Council approved the preliminary
replat for Chestnut Grove, in the vicinity of North 50th Avenue, between Chestnut
and Summitview Avenues, subject to certain conditions and adopting the
recommendations of the Hearing Examiner, as set forth in Ordinance No. 3486; and
WHEREAS, at Rs public meeting on September 14, 1993, each council
member declared that he/she had no contact with either the applicant or
opponents of this final replat, and the City Council determined that the final
replat of Chestnut Grove conforms to the conditions for final replat approval set
forth in Ordinance No. 3486, and applicable state laws, and that the final replat
meets the requirements of Title 14 of the Yakima Municipal Code, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF YAIUMA:
The Mayor is hereby authorized to sign the final replat for Chestnut Grove.
The Yakima City Engineer shall require adequate security for completion of
required improvements set forth in Hearing Examiner's Recommendation, City
UAZO Sub/Replat No. 1-92 and CL(3) No. 5-92 (Examiner No. 192-41.12). The final
replat for Chestnut Grove shall be filed for record as soon as practicable hereafter
in the office of the Auditor of Yakima County, Washington, and the applicant shall
be responsible for all filing fees in connection therewith.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 14 t hday of September, 1993.
