Home My WebLink AboutR-1993-095 Surplus / PropertyRESOLUTION NO. it43- 95 A RESOLUTION authorizing the sale of surplus personal property owned by the City WHEREAS, the City of Yakima owns personal property listed on the schedule attached hereto, which property is surplus property for which the City has no foreseeable use, which property should be sold in the manner most advantageous to the City, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY Itit, CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA: The City Manager of the City of Yakima is hereby authorized and directed to dispose of surplus personal property owned by the City listed on the schedule attached hereto by selling said property at a public auction sale at a time and place and in the manner determined by the City Manager to be most advantageous to the City; and the City Manager is further hereby authorized to hire services of an auctioneer and incur other necessary and reasonable expenses incidental to such sale, with the cost of such sale to be paid from the proceeds thereof.
