SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
A final payment of $423,475.98 is recommend for Columbia Energy for this project (City Project.: #2341)
that consisted of electrical, infrastructure and process improvements at the Yakima Regional Wastewater
Treatment Plant.
Final inspection for this project was made and the recommendation is that the project be accepted.
This Council action is to accept the project and approve the final construction costs.
