A RESOLUTION authonzing the exchange of 20 used Minitor pagers for three new
Minitor II pagers.
WHEREAS, the City finds it in the best interest to maintain its Fire Department
paging system with modern, properly configured pagers.
WHEREAS, Fire District #14 (Nile) has a need for 20 pagers and is willing to
purchase three new Minitor II pagers and exchange said pagers for 20 used Yakima Fire
Department pagers.
WHEREAS, the 20 used pagers have a used value of between $1,400 and $1,500
and the market value of three new pagers is $1,423, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA
The Fire Chief of the City of Yakima is hereby authonzed and directed to exchange 20
used Minitor pagers for three new Minitor II pagers.
