A RESOLUTION Approving the final plat and subdivision submitted by Larry
Loveless (Barnaddy Addition No. 1) for five lots at the southwest
corner of South 22nd Avenue and West Viola Avenue in the City
of Yakima, subject to all of the conditions contained in the
Hearing Examiner's Recommendation; except for the
administrative adjustment that allows tandem parking; and
authorizing the Mayor to sign the final plat.
WHEREAS, on July 17, 1991, the Hearing Examiner held a public hearing to
consider the application by Larry Loveless for a preliminary plat and
preliminary subdivision approval for five lots located at the southwest corner of
South 22nd Avenue and West Viola Avenue in the City of Yakima, to be known as
the "Barnaddy Addition No. 1", together with a request for an administrative
adjustment to allow tandem parking; and
WHEREAS, on September 3, 1991, the City Council approved the preliminary
plat and preliminary subdivision subject to certain conditions stated in the
recommendations of the Hearing Examiner, together with approval of an
administrative adjustment to allow tandem parking; and
WHEREAS, the Council during its public meeting on this day has found that
the final plat of the Barnaddy Addition No. 1 conforms to (1) the conditions of
preliminary plat, (2) to the terms of RCW 58.17 and other applicable state law, and
(3) the requirements of Titles 14 and 15 of the City of Yakima Municipal Code and
all other applicable land use controls; and
WHEREAS, the Council having inquired into the public use and interest to
be served by the establishment of this subdivision, the Council has determined
that appropriate provision has been made for all the features designated in RCW
58.17.110, and that the public use and interest will be served by the platting of this
subdivision, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
The Mayor is hereby authorized to sign the final plat for the Barnaddy
Addition No. 1 This final plat approval is expressly made subject to the conditions
contained in Hearing Examiner's Recommendation, City No. UAZO Subd./Prelim.

Plat #3-91, Examiner No. 191-4-36, with the sole exception that the administrative
adjustment for tandem parking is preserved. A true copy of the Hearing
Examiner's Recommendation is attached hereto and incorporated by this
reference.
The final plat for the Barnaddy Addition No. 1 shall be filed for record
immediately after the Mayor's signature, or as soon as possible thereafter, by the
subdivider in the Yakima County Auditor's Office. The subdivider shall be
responsible for all filing fees.
