A RESOLUTION granting permits for the retail sale of fireworks
within the City of Yakima for 1992.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 10.15 of the City of Yakima
Municipal Code, the Code Administration Manager for the City
of Yakima has investigated and reported'to the City Council
his findings and recommendations regarding issuance of permits
for the •retail sale of fireworks; and
WHEREAS, the Code Administration Manager recommends
issuance of said permits for the related sale of fireworks to
those persons listed on Exhibit A for the reasons which he
finds such persons in compliance with Chapter 10.15 of the
City of Yakima Municipal Code, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
Proper application having been made for permits for the
retail sale of fireworks within the City of Yakima for the
year 1992, the City Council of the City of Yakima does hereby
grant such permits, pursuant to Chapter 10.15 of the City of
Yakima Municipal Code, to the applicants for fireworks stand
locations as listed on Exhibit A which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this W1* --day of
