The City Council met in .special _session _pursuant „to due. notice _at 12:00 noon, October 20,
1972, at the Clinook Hotel, Yakima, Washington..
Councilmen prese at the 'meeting were Mayor _Bert -.Broad Wray _Brown,. Lenore. Lambert, Jim
Lust, Walter. Robinson, . Don _ Schussler and Bill, Whitaker.
The Council indicated a desire for „information _ori ztatus of _the Reservoir, - Plath
. situation. ,
Downtown ..parking was discussed with the ,idea._that the .staff be asked to consider:
1. No parking meters. control__ on_ Saturday _afternoons , or
2 . No parking ,meter_ control_on Saturdays.
Progress of the. Convention and-Cultural Center Task Force assignments was discussed..
The special meeting adjourned at 1:15 P.M.
