WHEREAS, the City of Yakima has bid the .purchase of computer equipment described as a GIS Workstation including associated licenses, installation fees, materials, and equip- ment for the purchase price of $42,156.00; and WHEREAS, the City of Yakima desires to enter into a.three year conditional sales agreement for the aforementioned pur- chase in the total amount, with interest, of $50,622.00; and. WHEREAS, the City of Yakima has previously entered into conditional sales agreements with Prime Leasing, a division of Prime Computer, Inc. for the purpose of installment purchasing computer equipment; and WHEREAS, the City of Yakima wishes to include within the existing governmental conditional sales agreement with Prime Leasing [Agreement No. 4007, executed on November 6, 19891 the installment purchase of the GIS Workstation for the total purchase price, with interest of $50,622.00, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA: The City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the following documents: 1. Schedule A - Governmental Service Agreement for GIS Workstation; 2. UCC -1 Financing Statement for the GIS Workstation; 3. Addendum,to Agreement No. 4007 between Prime -Leasing and the City of Yakima; 4. Amortization Rider between the ,City of Yakima and Prime Leasing; 5. Second Addendum to Agreement No. 4007 between Prime Leasing and the City of Yakima; 6. Consolidated Information Return for Small Tax -Exempt Governmental Bond Issues, Leases and Installment Sales tall of which are are attached to this resolu- tion and incorporated herein[; and • 7.
