WHEREAS, claims fund and Treasury checks specified on the attached schedule are outstanding and have not been redeemed, and WHEREAS, all those warrants and checks should be cancelled and reported to the Washington State Department of Revenue as unclaimed property, as required by State law, for ultimate disposition according to the unclaimed property laws of the State of Washington, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON: The outstanding claims fund and Treasury checks specified on the attached schedule entitled "Outstanding Claims Fund Warrants", and "Outstanding Treasury Checks" are hereby cancelled, subject, however, to disposition according to the unclaimed property laws of the State of Washington.
