A RESOLUTION adopting a Six Year Transportation Improvement Program
for the period of 1992 through 1997 for the construction of
streets and arterial streets in the City of Yakima.
WHEREAS, the City of Yakima annually prepares, reviews and adopts a
Six Year Program for the construction of streets and arterial streets in the City
of Yakima for the ensuing six year period, all as contemplated and required by
Chapter 35.77 of the Revised Code of Washington, and
WHEREAS, after a public hearing on the matter, held at a regular
meeting of the Yakima City Council on July 23, 1991, the City Council finds that
the plan attached hereto should be adopted

therefore,
as the Six Year Transportation
the period of 1992 through 1997 for the
arterial streets in the City of Yakima, now,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
The Six Year Construction Program for the period of 1992 through 1997,
a copy of which is attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof, is
hereby adopted as the official Six Year Transportation Improvement Program
for the City of Yakima.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this day of July, 1991.
