A RESOLUTION granting the permit for the public display of
fireworks to Pyro Spectaculars Inc.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 10.15.040 of the City of
Yakima Municipal Code, Pyro Spectaculars Inc. has applied for
a permit for a public display of fireworks at the Westpark
Shopping Center on February 16, 1991; and
WHEREAS, the Code Administration Manager has investigated
the location of said display; and
WHEREAS, the Code Administration Manager has submitted a
recommendation, together with reasons therefore, to the City
Council requesti1 that said permit be granted; and
WHEREAS, the applicant is the holder of a valid permit
issued by the State Fire Marshall to make such display; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted to the Code Adminis-
tration Manager a Certificate of Insurance which complies with
the terms of Section 10.15.050 of the City of Yakima Municipal
Code, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
The City Council hereby grants the attached and incorpo-
rated permit for fireworks display to Pyro Spectaculars Inc.
which display shall be conducted according to the terms and
c(nditions of the attached and incorporated application,
a-.-,licable sections of Chapter 10.15 of the City of Yakima
Municipal Code and Chapter 70.77 of the Revised Code of Wash-
ington.
It is further resolved that the Code Administration
Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute the
above -referenced permit in the name of th �ity of Yakima.
