Inc. WHEREAS, DLF funds are available to support economic development projects which are ready to implement and for which jobs created or retained will be made available to lower- income persons; and WHEREAS, the ja Cocina Mex �RaL,.. DISCLOSURE AND CONFIDENTiAUTY POUCY Business records submitted as part of a DLF application are generally exempt from disclosure under RCW 42.17.310. However, certain information in the Department's possession may be made available for public inspection after an application for financial assistance is recelvi 1. Most records are designated confidentiai and not available to the pudic for inspection.
