BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA. That it is its intention to improve the property within the following described district by constructing a domestic water system on Gleed Road All of said improvements to be constructed in full accordance with the plans and specifications to be approved by the City Engineer and filed with the City Clerk. That the nature and territorial extent of said proposed improvement is as follows ROUTE OF 12 INCH LINE. Beginning at existing water line located north of the railway, thence north on Gleed Road approximately 5,650 LF to the Naches Valley Elementary School. Refer to Exhibit A for the proposed water main alignment The district to be served by and specially benefited by and assessed for the above-described improvement is situate in Yakima County, Washington, and is all of the property described below Yakima County parcels 181429-32007 and 181429-33011 Exhibit B derived from Yakima County Assessor's Plat indicates parcels. Exhibit C provides legal descriptions for the above Parcels All persons who may desire to be heard with reference to said proposed improvements are hereby directed to appear at a meeting of the City Council to be held at its office in the City Hall in the City of Yakima, Yakima County, Washington, at the hour of 2:00 o'clock p.m on Tuesday, December 18, 1990, which time and place are hereby fixed for the hearing of all matters relating to said proposed improvement or objections thereto, and for determining the method of payment for said improvement, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to give due notice oi said hearing and of the intention to make the aforesaid improvements. A.2 Page 1 — 11/20/90 All costs and expenses in connection with the construction of said improvements, including the engineering, inspections, advertising, publication of notices, and all other expenses incident thereto, shall be levied and assessed against all of the property legally and properly assessable therefore as provided by law and as above described. The said assessment shall be made according to special benefits derived from the improvement without regard to the zone and termini method.
