RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION authorizing an extension and increase in an Interfund
loan from 000 -General Fund to the 126 -Rebound
Rehabilitation Fund
WHEREAS, 000 -General Fund made an interfund loan to 126 -
Rebound Rehabilitation authorized by Resolution No. D-5785 with
repayment scheduled to be on or before September 30, 1990; and
WHEREAS, the 126 -Rebound Rehabilitation Fund has not yet received
the Washington State Grant funds, and the City Council deems it to be in
the best interest of the City to increase and extend the payment term of the
Interfund Loan provided for herein, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
YAKIMA:
The amount of $20,000 is hereby transferred and loaned from the 000 -
General Fund, which loan, together with interest at the rate of 9 percent
per annum, is to be repaid from the 126 -Rebound Rehabiliation Fund to the
000 -General Fund on or before December 31, 1990. The Director of Finance
and Budget is hereby directed to make the necessary transfer to accomplish
the loan authorized by this resolution.
