Brief program description The Rental Rehabilitation Program takes the existing rents, less operating costs to find the cash flow. The units are predetermined to need a certain amount of funds to bring them to a housing standard. The existing cash flow will purchase a certain amount of funds on the private market. The difference between the amount of needed funds, and the amount that can be purchased with the cash flow is the amount of subsidy needed to accomplish the work. This subsidy is a loan to be repaid after the private market resource funding. E. AUTHORIZING SIGNATURES Chief Executive Officer of the Lead Applicant 2.
