RESOLUTION NO.
577
A RESOLUTION fixing a time for a public hearing before the
Hearing Examiner on July 18, 1990 to consider
vacation of an undeveloped alleyway in the vicin-
ity of South 6th Street and Central Avenue in the
City of Yakima.
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 35.79.010 the City Council of
the City of Yakima hereby initiates vacation of the following
described undeveloped alleyway:
The north 30 feet of the south 90 feet and also the east
10 f -et of Lot 6 Fairchild's Acre Tracts, according to
the official plat thereof now on file and of record in
th- office of the Auditor of Yakima County, Washington,
more particularly described as follows Beginning at a
point on the east line of South 6th Street 60 feet south
uf the northt\est corner of Lot 6, Fairchild's Acre
Tr ,ts, thence east parallel with the north line of sa]d
lot 240.5 feet, thence north parallel with and 10 feet
distdnt from the east line of said lot 60 feet to the
nurth line of said Lot 6, thence east along said north
line 10 fFet to the east line of said lot, thence south
along the east line of said lot to the southeast corner
of the same; thence west along the south line of said lot
10 feet, thence north parallel with and 10 feet distant
from the east line of said lot 60 feet; thence west par-
allel with the south line of said lot 240.5 feet to the
west line of same, thence north along said west line 30
feet to the point of beginning.
E\cept: That part thereof ling within the east 10 feet
of said Lot 6.
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
The above -referenced vacation procedure is hereby initi-
ated and referred to the Hearing Examiner for public hearing
pursuant to Section 1.43.080 of the City of Yakima Municipal
Code. The Hearing Examiner is directed to make a written
recommendation to the City Council regarding said petition.

The Hearing Examiner's public hearing shall be held on July
18, 1990 at 1 30 p.m, at Cit) Hall, 129 North 2nd Street,
Yakima, Washington.
It is further resolved that the City Clerk give notice of
the Hearing Examiner hearing in the form and manner prescribed
by RCW 35.79.020 and Section 1.43.080 of the City of Yakima
Municipal Code.
