RESOLUTION NO.
D-5739
A RESOLUTION authorizing the sale of miscellaneous kitchen
equipment to the 40th Avenue Swap Shop.
WHEREAS, the City of Yakima owns the kitchen equipment,
described below, for which the City has no immediate or fore-
seeable use, which is surplus to the needs of the City, and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the
best interest of the City to sell this kitchen equipment
forthwith, rather than sell it at the public auction of City
surplus equipment at a later date, and
WHEREAS, the 40th Avenue Swap Shop has offered THREE
HUNDRED DOLLARS ($300.00) for said kitchen equipment which is
a reasonable price for said equipment, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to
sell the following surplus kitchen equipment
1 Garbage disposal, Serial No. 7600
1 7' storage cabinet with drain for coffee over-
flow
1 Portable hot plate, 4 burner Vaculator, Model
E 22-C
1 9' stainless steel pot hanger rack with can
opener
1 5 1/2' stainless steel storage cupboard
55' Stainless steel counter with 3 built-in sinks and
drawers
2 Electric ovens with cook tops, Lang style, Cust
4083
1 Soup kettle, Model FT 40
1 Steam Chef, Model 316837
1 Universal dishwasher

to the 40th Avenue Swap Shop for THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS
($300.00) and without any warranty.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this D day of
