Those circumstances include, but are not limited to, insufficient registrations, remaining classes/games cancelled due to inability to continue program, or the Division requesting a person to leave the activity. Under those circumstances, the Division will automatically issue the appropriate refund. Partial refund amounts are calculated based on the original cost of the program and number of classes/games offered. The partial refund is pro -rated according to the number of classes or games remaining. A 90% refund of program fees will be considered if the refund request is received at least seven days prior to the start of the program. The receipt must accompany the request. Exceptions to the refund policy will be published and explained in the specific program description. Aquatic Program Credits, good through the season of operation, will be given if registrant finds he/ she cannot participate and requests such credit no later than three working days before the first program meeting.
