Discussion out that unless the Council has other ideas about how this might.be funded,.it would.seem.that - it.should be an.expenditure from the Park Department. Mr. McMicken.reported that the.. Park.Department has no. funds. for doing this type of project . . at the present. -.time....• It was..suggested that this.is.a type.of.expenditure that should come out of funds raised by a.Park.
