I.Call to Order
Chair Hallcalled the meeting to order at approximately5:30P.M.
II.Roll Call
HPC Members Present: Cynthia Hall, Dawn King, Paul Edmondson, Clayton Bussey
HPC Members Absent: Joe Mann
Quorum: Quorumpresent
Staff: Trevor Martin, AICP, Senior Planner
III.Staff Announcements
Staff introduced the newest member of the Historic Preservation Commission, Clayton
Bussey. Additionally, there was an introduction to the new City Council liaison, Mayor
Deccio, and to the new Assistant Planner, Albert Miller.
IV.Audience Participation
None noted.
V.New Business
A.Selection of Chair
The Commission voted by a vote of 4-0 to reappoint Cynthia Hall the Chair of the
Preservation Commission.
B.2022 DAHP Grant
Staff gave a briefupdate on the Fruit Row project, and that the contract for the work was
expected to start within the next month.
C.2023DAPHP Grant
Trevor gave an update of the open grant cycle, and provided ideas on different projects
toexplore and submit for the 2023fiscal year.The Commission was to bring back ideas
for the March meeting.
VI.Other Business
Commission discussed future meeting and the possibility of having meetings in person,
there has been no conformation on in-person meeting times.

VII.Adjournment
A motion to adjourn to April 27,2022was passed with unanimous vote. This meeting
adjourned at approximately 6:00p.m.
