I.Call to Order
Chair Hallcalled the meeting to order at approximately5:30P.M.
II.Roll Call
HPC Members Present: Cynthia Hall, Dawn King, Paul Edmondson
HPC Members Absent: Joe Mann, Alixanne Pinkerton
Quorum: Quorumpresent
Staff: Trevor Martin, Associate Planner
III.Staff Announcements
No staff announcements.
IV.Audience Participation
None noted.
V.New Business
A.2022 DAPHP Grant
Trevor gave an update of the open grant cycle, and provided ideas on different projects
to explore and submit for the 2022 fiscal year.The commission came to a consensus to
pursue a grantfor a Fruit Rownomination
B.Certificate of Appropriateness
Trevor Martin, Associate Planner, gave an overview of a certificate of appropriateness
review that was submitted for a project at 2402 W. Yakima Ave.
VI.Other Business
Commission discussed dates and times for future meetings.
VII.Adjournment
A motion to adjourn to May 26, 2021,was passed with unanimous vote. This meeting
adjourned at approximately 5:50p.m.
