I.Call to Order
Chair Hallcalled the meeting to order at approximately5:30P.M.
II.Roll Call
HPC Members Present: Cynthia Hall, Alixanne Pinkerton, Dawn King, Paul Edmondson
HPC Members Absent: Joe Mann
Quorum: Quorumpresent
Staff: Trevor Martin, Associate Planner
III.Approval ofOctoberMeeting Minutes
Minutes were not included with January packet, but will be included in February packet.
IV.Staff Announcements
Associate Planner Trevor Martin announced that City staff is awaiting information from the
Department of Archaeology and Historic Preservation (DAHP).
V.Audience Participation
None noted.
VI.New Business
A.Current Grant Contracts
Trevor gave an update on the DAHP grant, which gives the City money contract with NWV
to perform a reconnaissance level inventory along S Naches Ave.
B.2022 DAPHP Grant
Trevor gave an update of the open grant cycle, and provided ideas on different projects
to explore and submit for the 2022 fiscal year.
VII.Other Business
Commission discussed dates and times for future meetings.

A motion to adjourn to February 24, 2021was passed with unanimous vote. This meeting
adjourned at approximately 6:00 p.m.
