Re: June 2015 Quarterly Report (2nd Quarter)
Attached are our 2"d Quarter 2015 reports on the following:
Section I Overview of Events Held in the Yakima Valley SunDome 2nd Quarter 2015
Section II 2015 Year at Glance Calendar of Confirmed Events to date in the Yakima Valley
SunDome (Note: There have been no changes on this section since the fast report.)
Section III TicketsWest reports indicating tickets purchased by phone or internet outside a
50 mile radius for public ticketed leisure events (e.g. Dos Mundos Gerardo Ortiz)
*Section IV Google Analytics Overview of New Visitors vs Returning Visitors and
Location/Origin of the Visitor to statefairpark.com
*Note: We've included Section IV as an additional/new section to our quarterly reports.
Tracking the origin and number of visitors to our website is a tangible measurement/indication of
potential visitors coming to the Yakima Valley as a result of events taking place at State Fair
Park — Home of the Yakima Valley SunDome and Central WA State Fair.
Again, we want to thank the City of Yakima for your financial assistance in keeping our efforts
alive and feasible. State Fair Park — Home of the Yakima Valley SunDome and Central WA
State Fair is an important and substantial economic generator for the Yakima Valley.

Notes:
* The room nights and economic impact for these events have been tracked and reported by Yakima Valley Tourism/
Yakima Valley Sports Commission.
**We have provided reports through TicketsWest indicating how many tickets were purchased outside a 50 mile radius and
and used the current economic impact multiplier determined by YVT/Yakima Valley Sports Commission.
These figures only represent phone and internet purchases. (Refer to Section 111)
***While these events are not ticketed events, attendance is still tracked by the event planner and/or our staff.
We have estimated that approximately 15% of the total attendence come from outside a 50 mile radius.
The current economic impact multiplier to determine the estimated economic impact was determined
by Yakima Valley Tourism/Yakima Valley Sports Commission and factored in accordingly.
