SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
HLA Engineering & Surveying, on behalf of Kinloch Borton Enterprises, submitted a preliminary
long plat application to subdivide approximately 33 acres into 4 single-family residential lots and 1
tract. The application was reviewed at an open record public hearing held on July 13, 2022. The
Planning Commission's recommendation of approval is expected July 27, 2022.
