tfryeEREfts, the 37 h Annual-National-Wight Out"provides a unique opportunity for
the.i-fenry Beauchamp Community Center to join forces with thousands of other communities
across the country in promoting cooperative, police-community crime and drug prevention
efforts; and
WHEREAS, the.i-fenry Beauchamp Community Center plays a vitalrole in assisting the
(Yakima Police Department through joint crime and drug prevention efforts in the City of
(Yakima and is supporting 'National-Night Out 2022"locally; and
WilEcEAS, it is essential that all citizens of the City of(Yakima be aware of the
importance of crime prevention programs and impact that their participation can have on
reducing crime and drug abuse in the City of(Yakima; and
WXtEcEA,S,police-community partnerships and neighborhood safety, awareness, and
cooperation are important themes of the 'National Wight Out"programs.
