Council Chambers

voluntary offering of a private citizen, to and for the benefit of the Council. The views or beliefs
expressed by the invocation speaker have not been previously reviewed or approved by the Council,
and the Council does not endorse the religious beliefs or views of this, or any other speaker.
A Council packet is available for review at the City Clerk's Office and on-line at www.yakimawa.gov.
The City provides special accommodations, such as hearing devices, wheelchair space or language
interpreters, for City meetings.Anyone needing special assistance please contact the City Clerk's

B. Project Completion and Contract Acceptance for the Miller Park Playground Project
12210 with Landscape Structures
C. Resolution authorizing an agreement with Central Washington Soccer Academy for the
placement of a storage container at Chesterley Park
D. Resolution authorizing an on-call agreement with JUB Engineering, Inc for airport
consulting services at Yakima Air Terminal-McAllister Field
E. Ordinance amending the 2022 Budget for the City of Yakima and making appropriations
from unappropriated fund balances within various funds for expenditure during 2022 for
various purposes. (Second Reading)
7. Public Comment
There will be 35 minutes allotted for public comment with two and a half(2 1/2) minutes per speaker in
order to allow as much opportunity as possible for audience participation. Written communication and e-
mail messages are strongly encouraged.
