consider the Yakima Planning Commission's recommendation
regarding the preliminary plat of "Spring Creek Heights" submitted
by Michael & Kathy Hovenkotter, located at 7509 Occidental Rd

SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
On January 28, 2022, PLSA Engineering & Surveying, on behalf of Michael & Kathy Hovenkotter,
submitted a preliminary long plat application to subdivide approximately 8.71 acres into 19 single-
family lots in the R-1 zoning district. The application was reviewed at an open record public
hearing held on May 25, 2022. The Yakima Planning Commission recommendation was issued
June 13, 2022.
