B. Project Completion and Contract Acceptance for the Miller Park Playground Project
12210 with Landscape Structures
C. Resolution awarding RFQ 12214Q and authorizing an agreement with (TBD),for Pool
Design Services
D. Resolution authorizing an agreement with FCS Group to provide a Wastewater, Industrial
Wastewater, and Stormwater Rate Study
E. Resolution authorizing 911 Support Service Agreement with Yakima County
F. Resolution authorizing a contract with Yakima Valley Partners Habitat for Humanity in the
amount of$87,500 of HOME Investment funds to assist with new construction of a single
family dwelling to be sold to a qualified low to moderate-income first time homebuyer
located at 2912 W Arlington Street
7. Public Comment
There will be 35 minutes allotted for public comment with two and a half(2 1/2) minutes per speaker in
order to allow as much opportunity as possible for audience participation. Written communication and e-
mail messages are strongly encouraged.

the Vicinity of Coolidge Road and S 94th Avenue
9. Closed record public hearing and Resolution to consider the Hearing Examiner's
recommendation regarding the preliminary plat of Anderson Park Phase 4 submitted by
Cottonwood Partners LLC located in the vicinity of Occidental Rd &S 58th Avenue
