Resolution authorizing an agreement with FCS Group to provide a Wastewater, Industrial Wastewater, and Stormwater Rate Study E. Resolution authorizing 911 Support Service Agreement with Yakima County F. Resolution authorizing a contract with Yakima Valley Partners Habitat for Humanity in the amount of$87,500 of HOME Investment funds to assist with new construction of a single family dwelling to be sold to a qualified low to moderate-income first time homebuyer located at 2912 W Arlington Street 7. Public Comment There will be 35 minutes allotted for public comment with two and a half(2 1/2) minutes per speaker in order to allow as much opportunity as possible for audience participation.
