SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
HLA Engineering & Surveying, on behalf of Cottonwood Partners LLC, submitted a preliminary
long plat application to subdivide approximately 7.88 acres into 30 single-family residential lots on
February 7, 2022. The application was reviewed at an open record public hearing held on May
12, 2022. The Hearing Examiner's recommendation is expected May 26, 2022.
