Lombard with a charter membership of 21 to complete this important service workon the focaffevef,• and 'W7 EcREAS, seventy two Warcissa `Whitman members continue this fine tradition along with the more than one million women who have served in this energetic service organization's mission to,promoting historic preservation, education, patriotism and Americanism; and 'WIFE1cjEAS, Warcissa `Whitman daughters volunteer about 3,000 hours of Service to American in `Yakima County communities each year, to benefit focatveterans, students, active military personnel, and WMXEREAS, as the Warcissa `Whitman Chapter, SISDA&members are celebrating their founding, it is fitting andproper to accord officialrecognition to this vital organization and its 113th anniversary.
