Republic Editorial Board. Mayor_Pat Berndt presiding, Council

members Clarence Barnett and Jerry Foy absentand•excused._
111 Those present from the Herald Republic Office were Jim Barnhill,
Dan Coleman, Spencer Hatton, Bill Lee, and Kate Myra.. Other_
citizens present were Gale Benoit, John Klingele, and Larry
Mathews. •
