SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
1. LUNCHEON MEETING WITH THE PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION
•
' The City Council met in. session on this date at 12:00 noon at the
Towne Plaza Restaruant fora luncheon meeting with the Parks and
Recreation Commission, Mayor. Patricia Berndt presiding, Council
' members laiiiidi6A $Ai/ie .t, Henry Beauchamp (present. at 12:30), Lynn
Buchanan, Lynn Carmichael, Jerry Foy, and .Bernard Sims present.
City Manager Zais also present. Parks and Recreation .Commission
members present were: Chairman Mike Nixon, Mark Graham, Michele C.
Alexander, Robert Busse and Thomas Burson. Council member Barnett
absent and excused.
Following.discussion regarding various parks and recreation issues,
the meeting be adjourned at the hour of 1:30 P.M...,
