Call to Order
Chair Liddicoat called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.
YPC Members Present: Chair Jacob as a. Lisa Wallace, Mary Place, Al Rose, Leanne
Hughes -Mickel, Rob McCormick
Staff Present. Joseph Calhoun, Planning Manager, Sara Watkins, City Attorney,
Analilia NOfiez, Planning Technician
Staff Announcements — Planning Manager� Calhoun announced the following:
The application period ends at the end of April.
The City Clerk's office has received eight applications for the vacant position on the
Yakima Planning Commission. The application period ends at the end of March.
Interviews are anticipated at the beginning of April and the new commissioner is
expected in late April or early May pending Council consideration and approval.

the Planning Commission draft findings of fact and forward a recommendation of approval to the
Yakima City Council. The motion was seconded by Commissioner McCormick. The motion carried
unanimously.
Adjourn — A motion to adjourn to April 13, 2022 was passed with unanimous vote. The meeting
adjourned at approximately 3:22 p.m.
