Dear Mr. Cutter:
1 am providing this engagement letter as the basis for valuation services relevant to the
above referenced property. You have asked that we provide an estimate of the market
value of the parcel with an area of 58.57 acres. The property is improved with several
structures, is presently planted in alfalfa, and although zoned to allow industrial use, is
currently in the Open Space Farm and Agricultural Classification as promulgated by
RCW 84.33. The report will be prepared in accordance with the Uniform Standards of
Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
The total fee for the report is $6,500. The report will be provided to you no later than
thirty days from your authorization to proceed; assuming all information required to
complete the report is available in a timely manner. Please provide Ms. Bohannon's
contact information. Also please provide a copy of the current Purchase and Sale
agreement, and a title report for the property if possible. I can start the assignment upon
receipt of a signed copy of this letter. The fee is due upon completion and delivery of the
