S UM M ARY E X P L ANAT I O N:
City P roject #2474 provided f or the 64th Avenue and A htanum Road I ntersection I mprovements.
The C ity contracted with E S D D evelopment L L C dba E S F S olutions L L C to provide the
improvements which included installation of a traffic signal system, new sidewalk, curb and gutter,
and repaving with striping, traffic markings, and signage.
Final inspection for this project was made and the recommendation is that the project be
accepted. Project completion is subject to issuance of Certificate of P ayment by the Department
of Revenue and authorizations from state agencies allowing f inal payment. A f inal payment of
$0 (no retainage) is due from the City to E S F S olutions for the completion of the work.
