SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
Set October 6, 2009 as the date for a Closed Record Public Hearing for Council consideration
of the Hearing Examiner's recommendation on application requests for changes in land uses
(rezones) and the Regional Planning Commission recommendation for concurrent
fa amendments to the Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map, submitted by Bill Cook, City of
Yakima Department of Community and Economic Development.
