RE: Pay adjustment for non - represented employees for 2015
Recently City Management, Finance Director and Human Resources Director met to discuss the
wage and benefits for the non - represented employee and decided on the following changes:
• Pay increase of 1.5% effective January 1, 2015
• Lump sum payment of $500
Over the last two years the city has granted the non - represented group:
• 2013 $1,000 lump sum and one personal holiday
• 2014 1% increase with a $500.00 lump sum
These annual salary adjustments are modest; however, they keep our City wages competitive for
recruitment and retention purposes.
