A RESOLUTION adopting amended Rules of Procedure of the Yakima City Council.
WHEREAS, the City Council is authorized to create its own rules of procedure;
WHEREAS, recent Charter amendments voted on by the people required
changes to be made to the rules of procedure; and
WHEREAS, additional changes to the rules were evaluated; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Yakima finds that it is in the best
interest of the City and its residents to amend its rules of procedure; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YAKIMA:
and
The City of Yakima Rules of Procedure of the Yakima City Council are hereby
amended. The attached version of the rules of procedure shall be adopted as the City
Council's rules of procedure.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 1st day of March, 2022.
