SUMMARY EXPLANATION:
The Council Nominating Committee (Brown, Byers and Cousens) met on February 17, 2022 and
interviewed applicants Kenton Gartrell and Wyatt Marchand for the Planning Commission. The
Committee unanimously recommends appointment of Kenton Gartrell to the Planning
Commission.

Council present: Cousens, Byers and Brown
Staff present: City Clerk Clear Tee and Senior Planner Trevor Martin

• The Committee interviewed applicants Kenton Gartrell and Wyatt
Marchand for the Planning Commission. After discussion,
• Byers moved and Brown seconded to recommend Kenton
Gartrell for appointment to the Planning Commission. The
motion carried by unanimous vote.
2. The meeting adjourned at 4:55 p.m.
