Wellington Estates Phase 3, is a 34 lot residential subdivision located in the vicinity of 64th Ave.
and W. Washington Ave. This subdivision was submitted by Cottonwood Partners and received
preliminary plat approval on November 28, 2006, by the Board of Yakima County
Commissioners. This subdivision is now ready for your final review and consideration.
