Dear City Of Yakima Council Members,
I would like to thank all of you for the help you gave me in repairing my home. , Mr Oville F.
Otto 11 was thorough, prompt and very kind as were the people who preformed the work itself
My legs and balance are not the best and the ramp is a god -send.
The repairs to the back roof, with the leak in the light, no doubt prevented a fire, and the
replacement of the furance will allow me to stay warm in the winter. The roof was a terrible
mess with leaks, and now is soild and no leaks.
I don;t know what I would have done if it hadn't been for OND's help. At my age I could never
have physically for financially done the work needed.
