follow regarding Wastewater, Stormwater and Water Issues

2. Consideration of Proposed Districting Plan to Submit to Federal Court pursuant to
Judge's Order of August 22, 2014 in Montes and Arteaga v. City
3. Wastewater/Stormwater Rate Study and Pre -Treatment Program
4. Drinking Water Rate Study 2015 to 2018
5. Drinking Water Connection Fee Update
6. Audience Comments (allow 15 minutes)
7. The next meeting will be a Council Business meeting on October 7, 2014 at 6 p.m. in
the Council Chambers
